Service 1 — Customized Mindful Travel Guide (₹99 per person)

Due to the personalized and digital nature of this service, no refunds are applicable once the guide has been delivered.

If your guide has not been delivered within 48 hours of payment, please contact us at hello@vacorite.com and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Service 2 — Corporate Signature Journey

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy for group trips is as follows:

  • Minimum group size required: 5 people
  • If group size falls below 5 people after booking, the trip may be rescheduled or cancelled at Vacorite’s discretion
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Service 3 — Ultra-Premium Exclusive Experience

Cancellation terms for the Ultra-Premium Exclusive Experience will be communicated individually at the time of booking, as each experience is uniquely curated.
